YOU MUST ASK FOR AND RECEIVE AN RMA# BEFORE THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON. PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER

REFUNDS

• Refunds Must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt of the product
• Item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of Receipt of RMA
• Product must be in it’s original packaging with all tags attached
• Product must not have been used, worn, washed
• Product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped
• No COD returns will be accepted
• Return shipping is at customer’s expense

EXCHANGES, MERCHANDISE CREDIT

• Exchange request must be initiated with in 72 hours of receiving products
• Item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of Receipt of RMA
•  Customers pay shipping to return an item.
• Replacement items will be shipped after receipt of returned item.
• Product must be in it’s original packaging with all tags attached
• Product must not have been used, worn, washed
• Product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped
• You may request Merchandise Credit toward your next purchase instead of exchange
• No COD returns will be accepted

REQUEST AN RMA# AND DISPLAY IT PROMINENTLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
