Shipping and Handling

Continental United States :

With in the Continental United States all orders are shipped UPS Ground or Fedex. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. All orders are shipped after payment is made in full. shipping and handling will be added at check-out.

U.S. States and U.S. Territories outside Continental United States :

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii an additional charge is automatically added to the order. Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using USPS. All other orders shipped to US Territories shipping prices will be calculated and the shipping company will be chosen by Pecos River Traders.

International:

All items shipped internationally or outside the United States will be shipped using the United States Post Office. Shipping is calculated and included in the quoted price for international shipments. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Pecos River Traders will shop internationally solely at our discretion and may refuse the right to sell to any country outside the United States .

Tracking:

All items shipped using UPS will be provided with a tracking number. All items shipped using the United States Post Office may not be able to track, and a tracking number may not be available. Insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation using the United States Post Office will be optional and paid for by the customer and not Pecos River Traders.

Inventory and Stock:

Not all items displayed on this website will be stocked by Pecos River Traders. Some items will be shipped directly from the supplier and/or manufacturer. We do our best to make sure we only display items not out of production or stock, however we can not always guarantee items won't be discontinued or out of stock from the supplier and/or manufacturer.

Payments:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders. We do not ship the item until payment is received in full including all shipping and handling charges. We do not charge your credit card or process your payment until we verify item(s) are in stock and have been shipped.

Multiple Item Purchase:

If you purchase multiple items from us you may not receive all items together or in the same box. Because we use multiple suppliers and drop ship some of the items purchased, they may arrive at different times in different boxes.
